Betsey joined Feinstein Kean Healthcare in May, 2006 as SVP of Human Resources. Prior to joining FKH, Betsey held leadership positions in Human Resources in multiple industries from Strategy Consulting, Software and Healthcare IT. She began her career in Benefits where she led the function in a large multi national technology firm. She maintains her connection with her roots through her membership on Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council. As her career progressed, she was given increasingly more responsibility in other technical areas of HR such as Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, Training and Organization Development. Betsey took an intermission from her career as a HR professional when she joined Fidelity Investments as Director of Product Development, where she was one of the original team who started their Benefits Outsourcing business. This venture has become very successful enterprise for Fidelity with over 3,000+ employees. Having been bit by the entrepreneurial bug, Betsey joined the management team and created the HR function for start up organizations in software and consulting most recently with Amicore, an EHR company formed through a partnership of IBM, Microsoft and Pfizer.
